YOUR REPTILE, OUR PRIORITY
Leaving your scaly baby in the hands of another can be daunting, but at Cold Blooded Comfort you're in safe hands. We have a exotic pets specialist vets on call 24 hours a day. We also conduct our own health checks on your reptiles, making note of any changes or concerns that may occur. "Touch wood", we have never been in the situation to need a vets with any reptiles we've cared for, but we prepare for every eventuality.
KEEPING TRACK
We do a full visual and handling check with you before you head off on your travels. We make note of skin/scale condition, temps, humidity, cleanliness and any visual anomalies or audible sounds from your reptile. We then daily maintain your current husbandry. We spot clean to prevent bacteria spreading, and full clean when needed (at an extra cost. You must supply the replacement substrate).
PROFESSIONALS
We have access to specialist exotic vets 24 hours a day if an emergency crops up. (It hasn't happened so far, but its best to be prepared)
